For a week I have a problem with sleep, I wake up at night, mainly from hunger, and I eat dinner 2-3 hours before bedtime. During the day I try to eat regularly. Is there any advice for this? And I still want to eat because I'm sleepy by waking up at night. Maybe I should use herbal preparations for sleep?

Perhaps you should eat a higher calorie meal for dinner. If the problems with falling asleep result from hunger - herbal sleeping pills will not be effective enough in this case. It may be helpful to consult a dietitian, e.g. here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-dietetykiem
