This is a safe combination of drugs, the dosage is correct. Please use your medication as directed. Klacid is an antibiotic, the dosage is determined by the doctor on the basis of: * the weight of the child, * the severity of the infection * and suspicion of which bacteria may be to blame for the disease (some are more sensitive, others less). Diphergan is a syrup with antiallergic effect, but we often use it "off-label" in children, when there is a cough that "tires the child" very much, it makes it easier, for example, to fall asleep.
