Hello, I have been taking Triplixam 5-1,25-5 in the evening at 18 if I can change to taking a tablet in the morning. For the night after about 3 hours my pressure drops 110-115/80-85. In the morning when I wake up the pressure is also 103-107/77-80.. The pulse is normal. I would add that during the day everything is ok, the problem is in the evening.

Yes, you can change the time of taking the tablet – but not immediately, because there may be a duplication of doses and a significant decrease in pressure. To safely change the dosing time, please take the medicine one hour earlier than the previous day, i.e.: 1 day: 18:00, 2nd day: 16:30-17:00, 3rd day: 15:30-16, etc. until the time that will be right for you. As for the pressure values after taking the drug - they are the most correct! At the beginning of treatment, the body may react badly to values lower than those before pharmacotherapy, which may manifest itself in worse mood, dizziness, a feeling of "lack of energy", etc. However, these symptoms should pass within a few weeks, and the pressure around 110/80 is the desired result.
