How to delay bleeding when using a Ginoring IUD?

Hello, in order to delay bleeding by a week when using GinoRing, would it be better to wear the system for 4 instead of 3 weeks and then take a standard break, or pull out the system after 3 weeks and immediately put on a new one for another 3 weeks?

We do not use GinoRing for more than 4 weeks. We always put on each disc for 3 weeks. To delay the onset of bleeding, you can set up a new system by skipping the 7-day break and use for another 3 weeks. During this time, there may be intracyclic bleeding or spotting. Then, after a one-week break in the application of the system, normal use should be returned. De facto we delay bleeding by 3 weeks - not by 1 week.
