Are combo tests reliable? I have flu symptoms, and it came out negative.

I have symptoms of a typical flu, i.e. fever over 38 degrees, pain in the legs and arms, tenderness of the skin, headache, cough, chills, sore throat. I've had the flu in my life before and I know what it looks like. I did a combo test and nothing came out. Has anyone done this test yet? Is it reliable?

The tests are reliable, and the manufacturer of the specific test informs about their accuracy and sensitivity in the leaflet. The test may come out falsely negative, which means that it did not detect influenza virus antigen - this may depend, for example, on whether the sample was taken properly, whether there was an adequate concentration of antigen in it (if the flu virus is in the body). It may also be that this time, despite similar symptoms, the culprit is not the flu virus, and the test correctly indicates a negative result. In this video (although it concerns COVID-19 tests) we explain what parameters assess the reliability of the test:
