I fell asleep during the day and woke up with a patch that moved slightly on the skin and the corners are glued inside. It sticks, but I am not able to peel off the corners that have stuck to it. Tomorrow I start week 4, so I should no longer stick the patch. I don't know what to do because I don't have any spare patch and I don't know if tomorrow I should buy and stick a new one (start a new day of sticking the patch) or leave it and the bleeding will come as always on Wednesday?

In the situation described in the question, if you are not sure that the patch adheres properly to the skin and it is not possible to re-apply it due to the sticking of the corners, it would be safest to stick a new patch. However, if you do not have a spare patch, you can peel off the patch you are currently wearing and treat the day on which the patch was peeled off as the first day of the withdrawal bleeding break. The day of the patch change then changes, because the new cycle must be started after a 7-day break. By following the steps described above, the effectiveness of contraception remains preserved.
