The simultaneous use of ramipril (Egiramlone) and hydrokyshin may enhance the hypotensive effect of ramipril and lead to an excessive pressure drop. Pressure drops may occur, m.in when changing body position (e.g. when getting out of bed). Their occurrence may be associated m.in with dizziness and even fainting. If both drugs were prescribed by the same doctor, then there are no contraindications to their simultaneous use. However, caution should be exercised - blood pressure should be measured, especially in the case of excessive sleepiness, dizziness or fainting.
