Delaying your period (bleeding/menstruation) can have many other causes than pregnancy. For example: severe stress, past infection, weight loss and many others. Please consider whether something has recently happened in your life and could have influenced the non-occurrence of the period. Pregnancy tests available in pharmacies have high reliability as long as they have been done correctly.
