I suffer from diabetes over 6 years from the beginning I was treated with 2 types of drug and in the evening insulin in a year I changed medications because they did not help after 2 years again I changed 2 types of drugs and after that the doctor prescribed me trulicytes and over 2 years discontinued insulin I would like to ask if you should pay 30%.

In order for the doctor to prescribe Trulicity at a discount, the following conditions must be met: type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients treated with at least two hypoglycemic drugs, with HbA1c ≥ 7.5%, with obesity defined as a BMI ≥30 kg / m2 and very high cardiovascular risk understood as: 1) confirmed cardiovascular disease, or 2) damage to other organs manifested by: proteinuria or left ventricular hypertrophy or retinopathy, or 3) the presence of 2 or more of the main risk factors listed below: -age ≥ 55 years for men, ≥60 years for women, -dyslipidaemia, -hypertension, -smoking.
