There is no such possibility. The maximum described life expectancy of a sperm in the vagina is 5 days, although most sources give 2-3 days.

"Is it not that they wait for ovulation, for example, more than 10 days?" No, sperm does not have such viability. For fertilization to take place, intercourse must take place during the fertile days, i.e. in the period around ovulation - then there is a chance that the sperm staying in the genital tract of the woman will live until the egg is released. That is why, in certain phases of the cycle, a woman is fertile, and in others - not. "So there is no way that they survive more than 10 days in the vagina? And what happens to them?" There is no such possibility - the maximum observed life expectancy of a sperm in the genital tract of a woman is 5 days. Those that do not survive are removed along with physiological vaginal discharge.

The point is that this situation took place 10 days before menstruation and menstruation I got on time and I mean whether it is possible that they survived so much time in the genital tract of women

Hi, I mean whether sperm survived from December 28 to January 13? And what happens to sperm that are in the vagina for too long? The question is whether they would last more than 10 days

If the cycle is very short and the menstrual bleeding is long, it is theoretically possible that the fertile days occur during the bleeding period. To be sure, you would have to go for an examination to a gynecologist who will confirm the occurrence of ovulation at that time. The maximum life expectancy of sperm in the genital tract of a woman is estimated at 5 days. I encourage you to read: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/seks-i-zdrowie-intymne
