Can I take Telfexo all year round?

Good morning I have allergic rhinitis from tests for grass, church, cat, dog, rice and birch. The allergist prescribed me Telfexo 120mg once a day and monester in case of nasal congestion during the summer. However, since September I am looking for a face cream for allergic skin, but all of them cause irritation and rash, redness and swelling of the eyelids and runny nose. nivea cream soothes me. Can I take Telfexo 120mg all year round and will I eliminate my allergic rash?
