Hello. On Wednesday (6 dpi) I did HCG from the blood result 0.1 and a negative pregnancy test. 2 days later pregnancy tests positive, the line very pale but it is. Is there a chance that it is pregnancy and nothing came out of the blood due to the young age of pregnancy?

If by "6dpo" you mean "6 days after ovulation", then in my opinion this is too short a period to reliably read pregnancy tests - they may or may not show pregnancy. From fertilization of the egg to implantation of the embryo, i.e. its implantation in the uterine cavity, several days pass (most often it is reported that it is 6-7 days). Only at this point do structures that produce chorionic gonadotropin begin to form, the level of which is checked by pregnancy tests. It can be estimated that the concentration of hCG in the blood is detectable 48 hours after implantation, which gives an additional time in which the test may not show pregnancy, despite its existence. Although the blood test is sensitive, given the fact that the exact moment of ovulation is difficult to grasp, and the terms from the "calendar" are not always reliable, in my opinion pregnancy tests are best done no earlier than 10 days after intercourse, and even better - not earlier than after 14 days. Of course, patients can perform ultrasensitive tests earlier if they feel the need, but as I mentioned - in my experience the result is not always clear-cut. The amount of chorionic gonadotropin increases very quickly in early pregnancy It can not be ruled out that the test after 6 days was negative, and after 8 - began to detect the hormone, giving a weak line. As I have already mentioned - it is best to pause and repeat the test. I enclose additional information about pregnancy tests - they are available without a prescription also in pharmacies, including GdziePoLek online: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/test-ciazowy
