Given the long period of time from the end of antibiotic therapy to the onset of joint pain, I would not associate its occurrence with taking an antibiotic. There can be many causes of joint pain, such as injuries, rheumatic diseases, viral diseases (e.g. flu) and even excessive stress. It is worth going to the primary care doctor to identify the cause of joint pain.
