Can I use protein supplements while taking Vibin Mini birth control pills?

Hi I take vibin mini tablets I want to start exercising and before taking them I used different types of proteins, can I also use now and whether it will not reduce the effectiveness? And the question is, if I take placebo pills and make love to my partner, can it end up inside and there were loose stools under diarrhea and could it have weakened? I have not skipped any pills before. Thanks

There are no contraindications to the use of protein supplements when taking Vibin Mini contraceptive pills. This will not affect their performance and effectiveness. If the active pills are taken correctly, then during the use of placebo, contraceptive protection remains preserved. The occurrence of diarrhoea with placebo pills has no effect on contraceptive efficacy. I would add that it was during bleeding and the mentioned diarrhea occurred while taking a placebo
