Dizziness, tightness in the chest, numbness of the left arm and deterioration of vision after Tianesal?

Hello, I have been taking Tianesal for 4 weeks for 3 tablets a day. In the evening it is getting worse day by day. Dizziness, tightness in the chest, numbness of the left hand and decreased vision. I take Atarax for the evening after half a tablet to sleep it ... earlier to Tianesal I took Sulpiride Teva for the evening but there were 24 tablets and it ended but after it I was even more twisted and all my bones hurt ...

Adverse reactions reported in clinical trials of tianeptine (Tianesal) were mild in severity. These include mainly nausea, constipation, abdominal pain, drowsiness, headaches, dry mouth and dizziness of labyrinth origin. The Lord, in turn, feels dizziness, tightness in the chest, numbness of the left hand and deterioration of vision. If you feel the worsening of the symptoms mentioned above, you should urgently consult your doctor for treatment modification. You may need to change your dose of medicine, change your medication or introduce another medicine. Side effects should be reported: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Do not stop taking the medicine yourself. If treatment is to be discontinued, the dosage should be gradually reduced over 7 to 14 days to reduce the risk of withdrawal reactions You can also use a teleconsultation with a specialist of your choice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
