As I understand it, you are asking about a pregnancy test. Ultrasensitive tests could show pregnancy as early as nine days after intercourse if it happened. My opinion is that it is optimal to wait 14 days to be more sure that the test is reliable. The ovarian cyst does not affect the result of the pregnancy test except in rare cases when the cyst would be hormonally active.
