Can I change the time of use of the antibiotic Sumamed?

Can I give my daughter another dose of sumamed after about 18 hours so that I don't give this 2nd dose in the middle of the night?

Sumamed should be given 1 time a day at 24-hour intervals. Do not change the dosing hours of Sumamed because you may take too much medicine daily.
