Don't worry. Metmin can be used during a course of antibiotic treatment with Amotaks in cardiac patients. Metmin is a nasal spray, therefore it works mainly locally. In order for any negative effects to occur, the drug would have to be used in high doses and for a long time. Please take your medication as directed by your doctor.
