It is good to take the tablets at a fixed time, but this does not mean that it is required to take "with a watch in hand". The set time also allows you to assess whether you have missed a tablet or not and what to do about it. If the tablets were not used correctly or you are not sure if they were used correctly, it cannot be ruled out that they did not have adequate effectiveness. Urine and blood pregnancy tests 10 days after the last intercourse could already detect pregnancy if it happened. If you have doubts or concerns - you can repeat such a test in a few days.
