Can Saxenda worsen the mental state?

Hello, for half a year I take saxenda and since then my mental state has deteriorated a lot, I have anxiety, a lot of thoughts, insomnia, is it caused by the drug?

Of the symptoms you describe, only insomnia has been described as a possible side effect of Saxenda - it affects up to 1 in 10 people. However, not all side effects of drugs are known and described - if you associate taking the drug with the appearance of the described problems, I encourage you to report it to the doctor.
