The results of your tests indicate reduced kidney function. Forxiga is a new generation antidiabetic drug that has a beneficial effect on blood glucose levels as well as kidney function. Forxiga slows the progression of kidney disease and improves parameters (m.in the aforementioned GFR). I will only add that by improvement of GFR we mean an increase in its value, not a slowdown or decrease. Forxiga is one of the main medicines recommended for patients with diabetes, hypertension and chronic kidney disease.
