Will inositol help in trying to get pregnant in a woman without PCOS?

Will inositol help eggs mature and/or lower FSH for a second pregnancy 35+ (without PCOS)?

According to the opinion of experts of the Polish Gynecological Society, it may affect the restoration of normal ovulation in patients with PCOS. However, there is no information that inositol is helpful in patients resistant to an ovulation inducer (clomiphene). It is believed that inositol supplementation, both in the form of myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol, can support the restoration of regularity of ovulation in women and improve egg quality and fertility. However, it is usually recommended for patients with PCOS. Of course, it cannot be ruled out that it can support efforts in patients without PCOS. Much depends on what exactly are the reasons for the lack of effects of efforts. It is also worth remembering that all preparations in Poland with mio inositol are dietary supplements, so by definition they do not treat, for example, infertility and do not affect our physiology in the same way as, for example, hormonal treatment. The use of preparations with inositol is not burdened with high risk, so after consulting the attending physician, in my opinion it is worth a try. I leave links to sample products that can be ordered using GdziePoLek with online delivery or collection at a pharmacy, e.g.: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/37791/inofem-proszek-do-wytworzenia-plynu/apteki#internetowe https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97328/inofolic-combi-kapsulki/apteki#internetowe
