Do any of the PPIs have less effect on the gut and causing diarrhea?

Do any of the PPIs have less effect on the gut and causing diarrhea? I am after SIBO treatment and I see that in the leaflet of Emanery there is information that it often causes diarrhea, can Pantoprazole/Omeprazole be "better" in the context of the intestines? I need to take PPIs for erosions in my stomach.

Unfortunately, all drugs from the PPI group can cause diarrhea - this is a frequent or quite frequent side effect of these preparations (especially in the case of patients suffering from ailments associated with improper bowel function). The occurrence of erosions in the stomach is an indication for the use of protective drugs - in this case, you should follow the recommendations of a doctor who will assess the ratio of the benefits of using Emanera, to the possible risk associated with the possible occurrence of side effects (which may or may not appear).
