Phlegamine — at what time? Hello. I was prescribed Phlegamine tablets and recommended to dose 3x a day. The leaflet says that 8-hour intervals between doses should be maintained, and that the drug should be used min. 3 hours before bedtime. I can't spread it out over time... Let's assume that I take 1 dose at 7, the second at 15, the third by ... 23? At this time I either sleep or go to bed, so technically I should not take the drug... Could someone help me spread it out over time? Thank you very much

The package leaflet of Phlegamine tablets states: "This medicine should be taken at regular intervals after a meal. Do not use the medicine immediately before bedtime." https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/30260/flegamina-classic-tabletki/apteki For adults, it is recommended to use the drug Phlegamine 3 times for 1 tablet. Due to the fact that it is an expectorant preparation, it is most often recommended to use it until about 5 p.m. In practice, it is most often recommended to take the preparation in the morning, at noon and around 5 p.m. Which, while maintaining equal intervals between 3 doses of the drug, indicates approximate hours 7-12-17.
