Can I use two doses of Trulicity 1.5 mg instead of one 3 mg?

I take a dose of trulicity 1.5 mg and today I got a new dose of 3 mg . I have two doses of 1.5 mg left, can I take them at once to replace the 3 mg dose?

Yes, two doses of 1.5 mg will give a total of 3 mg. To the best of my knowledge, there are generally no contraindications to administer 2 x 1.5 mg instead of one 3 mg administration.
