After using Braltus, there were automatic nosebleeds, more and more even at night, I suffer from inoperable lung cancer, I stopped taking the drug, I informed the doctor about the symptoms, I note that there were no such symptoms before, after discontinuation of Braltus, I did not have time to bleed, hemorrhages, the doctor continues to punish the drug, and I am afraid because when using I feel very bad, who is right

From a pharmaceutical point of view, I can inform you that after using Braltus rarely - in only 1 in 1000 people - nosebleeds have been observed as an adverse reaction. Therefore, it would be worth considering other possible causes of these bleedings. However, this is not a basis for a 'who is right' decision, because the doctor should always consider the benefit-risk balance, i.e. take into account the benefit you will get from using Braltus compared to the risks that may be associated with frequent nosebleeds. Now you do not bleed, but you are not being treated for bronchodilator either. The doctor may assess this as a greater risk than nosebleeds, since he insists on continuing treatment. As a patient, you can, of course, take the view that a side effect is unacceptable to you. In such a situation, it is best to talk to your doctor about possible therapeutic alternatives.
