Is it possible to give Enterol for diarrhea after an antibiotic?

My mother 99 years old 43kg - the doctor prescribed Amoksiklav 1000 mg with a slight murmur in the upper part of the lung. She got after the 3rd day of diarrhoea. Is it not too strong or can Enterol be administered not with an antibiotic an hour before?
