Good morning. The doctor prescribed me Pylera and Helicid 20. I would like to ask if I should additionally use a probiotic, e.g. laccid. And the second question. On the leaflet of the drug writes, not to drink milk and yogurt, and my doctor, on the contrary, ordered to drink kefir, buttermilk, actimel. So what to do -drink or not drink. Thank you for your reply and greetings

According to the available information, dairy products should not be used when taking Pylera due to the risk of interaction with one of the components of Pylera. At the same time, as there are antibiotics in the composition of this preparation, it is advisable to use probiotics, e.g. Lacidofil, Laccid or Trilac. More probiotic preparations can be found at the following link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/probiotyki More information on the availability in nearby pharmacies and the operation of Pylera can be read below: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65474/pylera-kapsulki/apteki
