After what time does Sinupret work? Can I take it from Ibuprom Bay and Nasometin?

Good morning. Advice needed. Since yesterday, i.e. praeie 24H I take SUMAMED for sinus rhinitis. For this SINUPRED,which I have been taking for a week. The question is how long SINUPRED works because at the moment my condition has worsened (total swelling of the nasal mucosa, I can not breathe through the nose). I want to apply Ibuprom Sinus + Nasometin spray for the night.Can I combine both drugs with SINIPRED? If not, for how long does SINUPRED work (the first tablet today at 2 p.m.). Thank you in advance for your advice.

Did you mean Sinupret? If so, to feel the effect, you should take the appropriate dose for at least a day - in the case of Sinupret 2 tablets 3 times a day, and Sinupret Extract 1 tablet 3 times a day. You can additionally apply Ibuprom Bay and Nasometin.
