Can I take Tolura and Tamoptim together?

Hello, I have been prescribed drugs TOLURA and TAMOPTIM, one for hypertension and the urologist prescribed me a drug because I had difficulty donating, I checked the interactions and it came out "using both drugs at the same time can cause an excessive drop in blood pressure" is it dangerous? something to do with it?

The combined use of Tolura and Tamoptim is acceptable, but when taking these medicines in one patient, blood pressure values should be monitored daily. If the combined use of both medicines would lead to an excessive decrease in blood pressure, it would be necessary to consult the attending physician to modify the doses of the medicines used.
