Good morning, I got duomox for 5 days for pharyngitis, on Tuesday I finished taking an antibiotic, and yesterday muscle pain and white bloom on one tonsil, sore throat, pain when swallowing saliva, as if the previous infection came back, can I take duomox again?

If you have a recurrence of infection, it is worth consulting a doctor and performing additional tests (e.g. a throat swab culture that will allow you to assess what is causing the problem). Another use of an antibiotic that has proven ineffective is unlikely to bring long-term improvement.
