Sobycor and Polfilin Prolongatum can only be used together with the indication of a doctor. Pentoxifylline (the active ingredient in Polfilin) may increase the blood pressure lowering effect of bisoprolol (the active ingredient in Sobycor), which may cause headaches, dizziness and fainting. Therefore, if the combination of these drugs is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosage regimen established with your doctor.
