Most likely, nothing will change if you are sure that 12 days have passed since ovulation and the possible moment of conception. The blood test is sensitive and should already capture the increasing levels of chorionic gonadotropin. Personally, however, I believe that pregnancy tests, whether from blood or urine, are best done no earlier than about 14 days after intercourse and not earlier than the date of the expected menstruation. Then there should be no more doubts about the reliability of the study.
