Can there be side effects at the beginning of anfranil treatment?
Hello, I'm the first day on Anaframinal, after maybe 2 hours I started to feel very bad, they showed dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, twitching of the body of the most hands, nausea and gag reflex as I have emetophobia fear of vomiting which very crosses my life, how to deal with it please help

Side effects while taking Anafranil are usually mild and transient, disappearing with treatment or when the dose is reduced. Many patients have clearer symptoms of anxiety or phobias at the start of treatment with Anfranil. The initial severity of the drugs is greatest during the first days of treatment and usually disappears after the first two weeks from the start of the preparation. Typically, the clinical response to treatment is observed 2-3 weeks after the start of therapy. If the side effects worsen and do not pass within the next two weeks, you should report this to your doctor so that he or she can verify further treatment with Anafranil.
