After what time after taking Ibuprom can Nimesil be used?

Inflammation in the lumbar region, at 10:00 in the morning I took 200 mg of Ibuprom, but there is no improvement. How long can I take a sachet of Nimesil (a prescription drug issued to me for this purpose)? I know that they cannot be taken at the same time, but nowhere can I find information on what time interval should be observed. Thank you in advance for your reply!

If you have not had problems with the gastrointestinal tract before (stomach pain, erosions, gastrointestinal bleeding), you can use Nimesil after about 6-8 hours. Ibuprom after administration begins to work after 30 minutes, then the maximum effect is observed after about 2 hours. Nimesil is administered 2 times a day. Therefore, today you should take only one sachet, and after 12 hours another one in case of pain.
