I treat Helicobacter pylori with drugs: Metronidazole, Ospamox, Ulcamed, Dexilant - it began to hurt me in the kidney area and the pain in the left side is more severe than before taking medication - is this the correct symptom?

I treat helicobacter metronidazole,Ospamox,Ulcamed,Dexilant. I have kidney disease but I did not feel any pain now it began to hurt me in the kidney area.Stomach and pain in the left side is more severe than before taking the above-mentioned drugs. Is this a normal symptom. Thanks

The use of the above-mentioned drugs is associated with the risk of side effects mainly from the gastrointestinal tract (e.g. disorders of the intestines, liver), which may cause, for example, transient pain in the abdominal cavity. It is difficult to judge from the description whether your problem concerns radiating abdominal pain or whether kidney pain is actually a cause for concern.
