Is it normal that after stopping Provera there was heavy bleeding?

Good morning. I used provera for 14 days. There was bleeding 3 days after discontinuation. It is very abundant. Is this normal?

Heavy bleeding after discontinuation of Provera may occur and, according to the data presented by the manufacturer, affects about 18% of patients using this medicine. If the bleeding continues (will last more than 14 days) or there are disturbing symptoms - severe abdominal pain, nausea, fever - then you should consult a doctor.
