On the 5th day of using PYLERA, a pencil-shaped stool appeared - is this a cause for concern?

On the 5th day of using PYLERA, a pencil-shaped stool appeared, is this a reason to worry? The leaflet mentions diarrhea and a darker coloration of the stool, but nothing about the pencil-shaped stool.

Pencil-shaped stool can occur on the occasion of various intestinal diseases (e.g. hemorrhoids, inflammation), so if the situation is repeated or other gastrointestinal ailments appear (pain, diarrhea, constipation), I would suggest contacting a doctor. Hello. I have the same problem .6 days ago I went to the emergency room with severe epigastric pain and vomiting bile. After ultrasound and X-ray of the abdominal cavity and palpation of the abdomen, the doctor found gastroduodenitis and prescribed PYLERA 3X4 and Omeprazole Genoptim 20 2x1 ( treatment 10 days ) Since using the drug I have dark stool, and since yesterday and today I noticed that it is pencil-shaped, dark . I'm thinking about stopping the treatment. Please reply helpfully.
