Can Ginkofar be used for tinnitus?

Good morning. For several days I have had terrible tinnitus that interferes with my normal functioning. I take pramolan half a tablet a day and magne b6 forte. Can I buy ginkofar for tinnitus ? Can I take everything together? Please answer because I'm getting mad :(

There are no contraindications to combining the listed 3 drugs. However, I would like to point out that ginkgo biloba, contained in the aforementioned ginkofar drug, has not shown a significant reduction in the occurrence of tinnitus in clinical trials. It can therefore only be used as an auxiliary. If it does not improve, please contact your doctor, who will order additional tests and on their basis will prescribe a prescription drug. For my part, I also pay attention to the proper cleaning of the ears. The most prosaic cause of tinnitus is the retention of earwax.
