No improvement after three weeks of using Asertin?

Will the lack of energy and depression pass after Aserin? I have been taking Asertin for more than 3 weeks, first a week after half a tablet of one a day. After switching to one pill, I lost all my energy, I have no strength or desire for anything, I have had enough of it and I have more and more depression. Will this eventually pass, or does this drug just not work for me?

To @Anna:

You will most likely see the full effectiveness of the therapy after increasing the dose after about 2-3 weeks.

I'm taking Asertin with 50mg and for a few days 100mg higher dose. After how many days or weeks will it start to work as it should?

The full effect of the antidepressant Asertin develops up to 6 weeks of continuous use. Therefore, only after this expiration can the effectiveness of treatment be evaluated. Very often it turns out that the first antidepressant prescribed by a doctor is not enough. You may need to change your dose or medicine. At the moment, however, it is worth being patient and using the drug as prescribed. If you have doubts about the treatment, it is always worth consulting a doctor - in this case a psychiatrist.
