Can a decrease in pulse, headache, lack of appetite, nausea and yawning be due to the use of Dutilox?

Good morning I have been taking Dutilox 60 mg for a few days now. I noticed that my heartbeat had decreased. At night even 48-50 and in the day 50 -70 is this a normal action of the drug?for this my head hurts, I do not have a pharmacy, I have nausea and excessive yawn.

According to the information available, these symptoms - headache, lack of appetite, nausea or yawning - are common or very common side effects resulting from the use of Dutilox. A decrease in heart rate may be a worrying issue because, according to the manufacturer, when taking Dutilox, there may be an increase in heart rate. Therefore, the decrease in the pulse that occurs may not be associated with the use of the drug. It would be advisable to immediately visit a doctor for a broader diagnosis of existing disorders. For more information on the side effects that may occur with Dutilox, see the package leaflet linked below: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/91014/dutilox-kapsulki/ulotka/217052
