It is usually recommended to discontinue angiotensin II receptor antagonists, which include losartan contained in Losartan HCT 1 day before surgery. In this matter, however, you should consult this issue with a doctor, preferably an anesthesiologist during an interview conducted before the planned procedure in the hospital.
