It all depends on the product, please follow the instructions on the packaging or in the leaflet. The skin may still be moist and you can leave the preparation on the skin to dry slowly. There are also no contraindications to massaging the preparation. In both situations, the preparation will work properly - after massaging the product will most likely work faster.
