Can Flixotide and Metmin when used together cause side effects more quickly?

Good morning, a 5 year old has an inhalation with flixotide 125 and Metmin into the nose permanently, asthma and allergy to dust mites and cereals can both drugs used at once cause side effects sooner?? or maybe instead of metmite give something non-steroid?because both drugs are steroids a little scares me and yet can I give vitamin D immediately or do I have to wait?

Flixotide is supposed to have an anti-inflammatory effect on the lungs, and Metmin - on the nasal mucosa. Since the child suffers from both asthma and allergy, which is likely to give symptoms in the form of a runny nose and swelling of the nasal mucosa, the doctor recommended two drugs that are used inhaled and intranasally, respectively. Properly used inhaled steroids or in the form of a nasal spray are safe, but they can - like any drug - cause side effects. However, it is not a foregone conclusion that side effects will definitely occur. The bioavailability, i.e. the penetration into the blood of fluticasone propionate (the active ingredient of Flixotide) after inhalation in healthy subjects is about 5-11% of the nominal dose. In contrast, mometasone furoate (the active ingredient in Metmin) administered into the nose as an aqueous spray is characterized by systemic bioavailability in plasma
