Doreta is a drug with a strong analgesic effect and should not be used on its own. It should only be taken in certain cases indicated by your doctor. Nimesil also has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, works quickly and is recommended for short-term treatment of acute pain. From your statements, I conclude that the problem is chronic and is associated to a greater extent with sensory disturbances than pain, so I do not recommend using Doreta and Nimesil. Problems with nerve conduction should be consulted with a neurologist and physiotherapist to determine their cause and implement treatment.
