Discontinuation of treatment and worse well-being should be discussed with your doctor. Unfortunately, I do not know what exactly the deterioration is - situations when you should immediately stop treatment are discussed in the leaflet. If the bladder infection has been going on for months, and the treatment is ineffective, then this is an indication for deepening the diagnosis or contact with another specialist. It may be helpful to perform a urine culture, a urethral swab, an ultrasound of the urinary tract or others - in consultation with a urologist.
