Is it possible for me to be pregnant if the blood test shows 0.20 ml/l and I had two periods?

Is it possible for me to be pregnant if the beta HCG of 19.09 was 0.20 ml/l and the beta of 03.10 was also 0.2 ml/l? If fertilization took place on 13.08 but I'm not sure the symptoms of cigal appeared, however, for the last month living in constant stress appeared two menstruation but scanty ?? I'm still afraid that I'm pregnant

If you became pregnant on August 13, a blood test should reliably show high levels of chorionic gonadotropin. Low blood pregnancy test results and two consecutive periods indicate that you are not pregnant. However, if you feel a bothersome fear that you cannot get rid of, despite objective evidence that the pregnancy did not occur, then it may be advisable to consult a psychologist or psychiatrist.
