Adadut and Dalfaz Uno can be taken together if they have been prescribed by one doctor, or if the prescribers were informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking and what additional conditions they are suffering from. Both drugs contain active substances used in the treatment of the prostate. However, they are characterized by a different mechanism of action, which is why they are sometimes combined to obtain a combined effect. Adadut contains dutasteride, which belongs to a group of drugs that are inhibitors of the enzyme 5-alpha reductase. Alfuzosin contained in Dlafaz Uno, on the other hand, belongs to the group of alpha-adrenergic receptor antagonists. In some cases, however, specific clinical situations should be taken into account where this combination may be less beneficial for the patient (e.g. the doctor should take into account warnings about the effect of such a combination on the work of the heart).
