Hello, can the drug agomelatine egis that I have been taking since the beginning of August cause amenorrhea (almost a week has passed, the pregnancy test came out undoubtedly negative) ? Previously, I took other medications from a psychiatrist but everything was ok with the cycle.

There is no information that Agomelatine Egis causes amenorrhea - such an adverse effect has not been observed. Sometimes very rare side effects may not be included in the leaflet, but in this case you need to take other causes first. If the pregnancy test is negative, and the bleeding will be 10-14 days late, then contact with a gynecologist is indicated.
