Yes, the paracetamol in Apap is a first-line medicine for the treatment of pain and fever in patients taking Nilogrin. There are no known interactions between drugs. Nilogrin is usually used before a meal, as directed by the doctor, Apap on an ad hoc basis - in case of pain or fever regardless of the meal, in doses of 500-1000 mg (1-2 tablets), a maximum of 3 x a day.
